To design, compose and actualize a fitting instructional program in a learning domain that guides understudies to create and satisfy their scholarly potential.

Teaching English is a good career choice for people with strong language and communication skills. Individuals with expansive information on writing, and enthusiasm for perusing, a skill for exposition composing, and a commitment to training is appropriate for vocations as English instructors.
Female Teacher Requirements:
1) Experience in teaching in schools is a must.
2) Teaching middle school.
3) Comfortable speaking in front of large groups
4) Able to explain complex subjects in simple terms
5) Arranged to show an assortment of kinds, including interpretive, enticing and factious composition.
6) Knowledgeable about accentuation — from the best possible utilization of semicolons to word hyphenation.
7) Able to show basic reasoning aptitudes while propelling understudies' verbal and composed correspondence capacities.
8) Degree in the mainstream teaching (English) subject & must be attested from the local authority to work under Ajeer. Degree holders must attest to their documents.
9) To teach grades 4 to 6.
10) A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is a must.
11) Degree in the mainstream teaching subject is a must.
