Office Administrator Responsibilities:
  1. Asset management recording.
  2. Welcoming visitors and guiding them to the relevant office.
  3. Duties like answering phone calls, responding to emails, reacting to messages and planning documents, including official correspondence, resumes, and presentations.
  4. Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and therefore the room schedule so as to stop duplicate bookings.
  5. Performing bookkeeping tasks like invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
  6. Maintaining general office files, job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  7. Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  8. Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  9. Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Office Administrator Requirements:

  1. Secondary School Certificate or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2 or more years’ Office Administration experience.
  3. Proficient during a sort of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
  4. Comfortable handling confidential information.
  5. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the power to prioritize tasks.
  6. Speak English and Arabic.
