Production Manager Jobs in Jeddah
The fast-growing Production Factory ( Carpentry works, steelworks, Paintworks, etc...) based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia seeking a valuable person to manage their factory.
The Production Manager should have these following skills:
1) Excellent communication skills and command on Microsoft Office (MS Office, Email).
2) Must have a valid driving license.
3) Production Manager must have the ability to understand the technicalities of production like Carpentry works, paint works, metalworks, etc.
4) Oversee the staff and their responsibilities.
5) Create/optimize roles for staff and allocate job responsibilities.
6) Motivate staff and keep a check on any issues or possible issues.
7) Maintain inventory of all assets and consumables.
8) Create an inventory health check of all assets (tools/fixtures).
9) Keep a critical watch on all costs (Expenses/procurement/etc) along with an accountant.
10) Build & maintain strong relations with all stakeholders (team/suppliers/vendors).
11) Build a credit line with suppliers and maintain the relationship.
12) Manage the force in line with the workload to maximize the efficiency of the staff.
13) Able to identify the need for projects and allocate them to resources.
14) Keep a solid watch on the course of events of all task conveyances with a solid accentuation on quality.
