Branch Secretary Jobs in Riyadh


We are hiring Branch Secretary Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Duties and Responsibilities:


1) Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including email and faxes. 
2) Secretary Serve as a link of the branch to the centralized departments. 
3) Serve as a link between the Dental Department and HMG. 
4) Coordinate with HMG different departments especially committee for CBAHI & JCIA. 
5) Maintain complete requirements needed for CBAHI & JCIA of all dental staff. 
6) Compose and type routine letters, internal memoranda, reports, charts, and forms. 
7) Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences for the branch and operation managers. 
8) Establishes and maintains office files, logs, control records or other information concerning the work under the supervisor’s control. 
9) Enters retrieve, update, verifies and deletes information from the electronic files. 
10) Secretary takes minutes or record meetings of the branch. 
11) Sorts open and disperses approaching messages to staff; partners approaching correspondence with records or related materials required for gathering, reports, and correspondence. 
12) Maintains the confidentiality of the information received. 
13) Keeps informed of the office details including staff details in the branch. 
14) Prepares and monitors timekeeping and attendance. 
15) Secretary determines needs and orders office supplies, equipment, repair and maintenance services. 
16) Checks the HR shared folder and makes sure that the HR request is close within 48 hours. 
17) Assist the needs of the staff and make the necessary action as per request. 
18) Operates standard office equipment. 
19) Perform any other tasks if needed.

Requirements:


1) Fluent English.
2) Strong communication and reporting skills. 
3) The ability to solve difficult problems.
4) The capacity to deal with weight and fulfill time constraints.
5) Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations. 
6) Attention to detail. 
7) Excellent time management and organizations.
8) Professional in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
9) Experience: More than 2 Years of Experience.
