Urgent requirement for Financial Modular Analyst in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have these skills like Design, develop & maintain financial pricing modules for bidding & tenders and preparing business plans for new proposals.
Qualifications: Graduated candidates are suitable for this job.
Experience: Candidates must have 2 to 10 years of experience ( 2 years of Exclusive Financial modelling ).
Excellent command in Microsoft Excel.
Fluent in English & Arabic languages.
- Project Management Certificate or Prior Experience
- CMA, CFA Certified
- Visual Basic related to MS Excel
- Cash Flow & Balance Sheet Preparation
Scope of Work:
1) Conduct situation examination dependent on a large scale and smaller scale factors that will help in getting too short and long haul costs, hazards inside resource portfolios, and open doors for more prominent worth creation.
2) Ensure accurate modelling of allocated asset portfolios, developing new transaction models, and enhancing the existing models.
3) Recommend and implement processes for improvements to budget, financial reporting, and prepare a forecast.
4) Identify the key financial and non-financial risks, recommending actions for mitigation of those risks.
5) Apply appropriate sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment actions.
6) Update financial models during corporate performance reviews and following corporate actions.
7) Analyze and identify data requirements related to derivation rules and model tracking.
8) Valuation of assets.
9) Capital structure analysis.
10) Benchmarking and comparable company analysis.
11) Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize revenue generation, and other business outcomes.
12) Develop a testing framework and test model quality.
13) Coordinate with various user groups to actualize models and screen results.
14) Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
15) Support digital transformation efforts and link financial data sources to use dashboards, monitoring systems, and KPI tracking.
